Rooms & Rates
We have a choice of 2 rooms, the Artist studio & the Queen Room. Both have private ensuite bathrooms and are beautifully appointed with the things that make you feel at home with cosy robes and electric blankets. The self contained studio also has a kitchenette, dining, private balcony and seperate access to your room via rear stairs. Enjoy all other amenities in
our resort style B & B. Complimentary continental breakfast is included
in the rate.

Ideally located in the heart of Newcastle. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and pubs. We are walking distance to Wests,
Lizotte's theatre, the Stadium and just a few minutes drive will get you to John Hunter Hospital and The Entertainment Centre.
We are also close to numerous waterways, the vineyards and of course our beautiful local beaches.
