Hi everyone, We hope this finds you well and safe during these difficult times. Mark and I just wanted to let you all know that we are working hard to make our accommodation as safe as possible for everyone that stays in our home.
We have been very busy during lock down cleaning our home so that you aren't burdened with the thought that we aren't as vigilant as you are in your own home or out and about.
We have sanitiser in all our rooms and at the front door for when you arrive.
We also wanted to let you know that we always have and still do, hygienically wash ALL the linen, towels and gowns for each and every booking. We sanitise all surfaces, controls, light switches, handles and bathrooms at the end of your stay, ready for our next guests.
We hope this information alleviate's your anxiety about our Covid-19 practices and when you are planning a stay in Newcastle, we would love to see you soon.
